New England Medical Supply “NEMS” Terms and Conditions:
 
Minimum Order Policy:
There are no minimums
 
Ordering Controlled Substance Drugs:
Controlled substances and prescription items can only be sold to licensed medical professionals and institutions.  A copy of a current DEA Certificate is required to be kept on file for each ordering facility.  In compliance with Federal Law, (Class II) Pharmaceuticals must be ordered on a properly filled out DEA 222 Form.
 
Shipping Policy:
Orders are shipped in one to two days, based on availability.  Non-stock and/or special ordered items usually ship within two weeks, also based on availability.  All items needing refrigeration ordered on Friday will be shipped the following business day.  Shipping charges are based on weight, shipping with Ground transportation.
Special delivery services are available for your convenience.

Terms:
Net 30 days from date of invoice with credit approval. Past due invoices will be assessed a 1.5% interest charge per month until paid.  Approved new customers are initially extended a $1,000.00 courtesy line of credit with your first order.  After that, credit limits will be established based upon proper credit  information and performance.  We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for your ordering convenience.  All on-line Internet Orders will  be processed with Charge Card only.
 
Returned Goods Policy:
For merchandise ordered or received in error, please call 401-831-8030 or 800-322-5887 for return authorization before sending any items back. Shortages or discrepancies must be reported within five (5) business days.  All returns must have a NEMS Return Authorization number shown on the outside of the package and a copy of the invoice and/or packing slip enclosed.  Items must be unopened and in saleable condition.  Authorized returned items are credited to your account toward future purchases.  No credit will be issued for unauthorized returns.
