NEMS customer service representatives are available 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday to answer your questions and process your order for immediate shipment. Fax and recorded ordering is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our fax line is 1-401-831-8032. Our after hours ordering line is 1-401-831-8030 ext. 15 or 1-800-322-5887 ext. 15. For new accounts, complete a credit application in full and mail or fax it along with a copy of your DEA certificate. We will establish your account and process your order within one working day in most cases. In the absence of a completed and approved credit application, we can ship to you by using a major credit card. For current customers, when ordering, we encourage you to have your customer number ready to help us serve you better. Controlled Substances: Prescription products can be sold only to appropriately licensed professionals and institutions. Controlled substance shipments require that we have a copy of your current DEA certificate on file. According to federal law, all Class II pharmaceuticals must be ordered on DEA Form 222. Minimum Order Policy
There are no minimums.

Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped in one to two days, based on availability. Non-stock items usually ship within two to three weeks, also based on availability.
All refrigerated orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following business day.
Shipping charges are based on weight, shipping with ground transportation. Special delivery services are available for your convenience.

Terms
Net 30 days from date of invoice with credit approval. Past due invoices will be assessed a 1.5% interest charge per month until paid. Approved new customers are initially extended a $1,000.00 welcome line of credit with your first order. After that, credit limits will be established based upon proper credit information. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for your ordering convenience.

Returned Goods Policy
For merchandise ordered or received in error, please call 1-401-831-8030 or 1-800-322-5887 for authorization before sending any items back to us. Shortages or discrepancies of shipped merchandise must be reported within five (5) business days. All returns must have a NEMS Return Authorization number shown on the outside of the package and a copy of the invoice and/or packing slip enclosed. Items must be unopened and in saleable condition. Authorized returned items are credited to your account toward future purchases. No credit will be issued for unauthorized returns.
