For new accounts, complete a credit application in full and mail or fax it along with a copy of your DEA certificate. We will establish your account and process your order within one working day in most cases. In the absence of a completed and approved credit application, we can ship to you by using a major credit card. For current customers, when ordering, we encourage you to have your customer number ready to help us serve you better. Controlled Substances: Prescription products can be sold only to appropriately licensed professionals and institutions.
